Weight Loss Program

Customized to meet an individual’s fitness needs, this program follows a science-based method of weight loss that allows participants to lose weight safely and teaches them how to make the necessary lifestyle changes to keep the weight off. Membership required.

Program Goals:

  • Attain optimal body fat percentage and weight for age and gender


  • Overweight or Obese (BMI >27)
  • Waist circumference >40 in. for men and >35 in. for women
  • Elevated body composition (e.g. high body fat percentage)

Cost: $200-$375

Duration: 12 – 24 weeks (3 -6 months)

Program Details:

  • Participants will meet weekly with an exercise professional to review programming and progression and will exercise independently according to their customized program
  • Pre and post fitness assessments
  • Body compositions (ultrasound) at mid checkpoint(s)
  • Additional RMR testing can be purchased at a discount

Assessments Included: Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), Nutritional Analysis, Body Composition and pre/post fitness assessments
