Community Membership Eligibility
Anyone that does not fall under the University faculty/staff or student category may join the Medical Wellness Center as a Community Member. If you fall into one of the following categories your organization might be eligible for a discounted rate. Please contact our membership office at 305-243-7600 for details.
University Alumni
- A graduate of the University of Miami
- Must present a copy of UM diploma or an Alumni Association membership card and picture identification
University Retiree
- Retired University of Miami employee or professor emeritus
- Must present a valid UM retiree identification card
Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH)
- Current Jackson Memorial Hospital employee
- Must present a valid JMH employee identification card and a picture identification
VA Hospital (VA)
- Current VA Hospital employee
- Must present a valid VA employee identification card and a picture identification
City of Miami Employee (COM)
- Current City of Miami employee
- Must present a valid COM employee identification card and a picture identification
Miami-Dade County (MDC)
- Current Miami-Dade County employee
- Must present a valid MDC employee identification card and a picture identification
