- Certified Raw Food Chef, Lisa Valle received training at the world famous Living Light Culinary Arts Institute, in Fort Bragg, California. She has been a guest speaker on Majix 102.7, has lectured in several Broward County Schools, and serves as a private chef to Rabi Rav Berg of the Kabbalah Center. Lisa performs raw food demonstrations at a myriad of whole food establishments in the tri-county area. She and her husband, Raoul Valle, a Hippocrates Health Educator, just recently founded the first hands-on raw food school in the state of Florida.
