Dear Participant:

Thank you for participating in the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, 2008 Integrative Medicine Symposium and EXPO.

We highly suggest that you plan to arrive no later than 10:00am to join our Medical School Dean and Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs, Pascal Goldschmidt, MD for his opening remarks, scheduled to take place at 11:00am in Room B of the Medical Wellness Center.

Please see webpage for specifics pertaining to driving directions as well as parking options while attending the event.  Upon arrival, it is important that you visit the "Speaker/Exhibitor Check-in" booth, located in the Medical Wellness Center Atrium, at which time you will receive your greeting packet.  In the packet, you will find a complimentary lunch voucher courtesy of Pasha’s Mediterranean Restaurant (conveniently located inside of the Medical Wellness Center).

Additionally, we ask that you please simply retrieve a ticket upon entering the parking garage and bring that along with you to the "Speaker/Exhibitor Check-in" booth for validation purposes.

*Equipment provided will include: a laptop and projector suitable for PowerPoint presentations. It is critical that you bring your presentation saved on either a CD or Flash Drive. Please note that there will NOT be wireless capability.
