Dear Potential Sponsor:
I am writing to inform you of a wonderful opportunity for your organization to support the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine and its most recent endeavor to “unite contemporary and complementary medicine” while at the same time take advantage of the opportunity to promote your organization.
Very recently, Dean Goldschmidt appointed Dr. Janet Konefal, as the Assistant Dean for Complementary and Integrative Medicine. One of the Universities initial “Integrative Medicine” projects will involve partnering with the Medical Wellness Center to host the 2008 Integrative Medicine Symposium and EXPO on Tuesday, April 29 from 11:00am - 7:00pm. As the business and operations manager for this undertaking, one of my responsibilities is to finalize all sponsorship contributions on or prior to March 14th. Therefore attached, you will find the “Sponsor Price Point Guide”, which has been specifically established for the Symposium. As we have a myriad of organizations/individuals, who have expressed interest in contributing, it would be to your advantage to formalize your specific sponsorship intentions as soon as possible. This will aid in facilitating our ability to include your name on as many major promotional pieces as possible.

In order to formalize your contribution, you will need to complete the attached Contribution Form and either email it to jpinto@med.miami.edu or fax it to 305-243-7601 (ATTN: Jennifer Pinto) on or prior to March 14, 2008. In the case of faxing, I ask that you please contact me to confirm that the document was received.
