Virtual Fitness

UHealth Virtual 5K Walk & Run

Join Lindsey virtually every week for a 5K walk or run, your choice! If you know someone affected by COVID-19, let us know when you register so we can name a walk or run in their honor. Schedule is below!

Move It Monday: 8-8:30 AM

Walk It Out Wednesday: 12-12:30 PM

Friday Finisher: 7-7:30 PM
