Reservation Guidelines

In order to maintain proper capacity within the facility, online reservations in our member portal are required. Reservations can booked beginning Monday, September 7.

Please read the guidelines below and then go to our member portal to make a reservation. If this is your first time using the member portal, please review these step-by-step instructions to set up your account.

SCHEDULE

When we reopen:

• Reservations may be made approximately every 45 minutes, i.e. 11:00- 11:45 pm, 7:00-7:45 pm.

• You are reserving a time to ENTER the facility only. You may stay until your workout is finished unless we are closed for cleaning. However, please be mindful of other members and complete your workout as quickly as possible.

• We will close each day for cleaning from 10-11 am and from 3-4 pm.

• Please register for only ONE time slot per day.

• Your reservation does NOT guarantee immediate entry. If the facility reaches maximum capacity, you will be asked to wait before entering.

• The number of members allowed to make reservations each day may vary as we monitor capacity levels.

• You must check-in during your reserved time slot. Late arrivals will not be admitted. However, you may register for the next time slot if space is available.

• Please note, this schedule is subject to change.

REGISTRATION PERIOD

• Registration will open 48 hours in advance of the time period.

• Registration will close 1 minute before the time period opens.

• After registration closes you may call the front desk at 305-243-7662 to see if any open slots remain. If there is space remaining, the front desk will add your name to the registration list and you may proceed to the wellness center.

WALK-INS will not be permitted.

CANCELLATION

• If you are not feeling well, please stay home.

• If you cannot make your reservation for any reason, please go online or call 305-243-7662 to cancel so that another member may use your time slot.

• “No-shows” will be tracked. After two “no-shows,” you will receive a warning. After three “no-shows,” we reserve the right to suspend your account until further notice.

MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

• If I am not feeling well, or a member of my household is sick, I will stay home.

• If I cannot use my reserved time slot for any reason, I will go online, or call 305-243-7662 to cancel so that another member may use it.

• I will arrive during my scheduled time slot.

• I will wear my mask at all times and follow all other posted policies.

• I will wipe down my equipment before and after use, and will wash hands or use hand sanitizer frequently.

• I will complete my workout and depart in a timely manner.
