Small Group Training

Are you new to exercise or have a busy schedule and short on time?

Kickstart 2020 with Small Group Training! Classes are 30-minutes long and held twice a week for six weeks.

What can you expect?

A personalized, circuit-style workout utilizing resistance bands, BOSU balls, steps, and much more!
