The UHealth Fitness and Wellness Center’s In-Person and Virtual Personal Training offers personalized programs tailored to your health and fitness goals. Our certified personal trainers can help you cultivate a healthier lifestyle at our facility or from the comfort of your own home!

Meet the Trainers

Our trainers are passionate, certified professionals who work with individuals across a diverse set of health and fitness backgrounds – from professional athletes to individuals only recently cleared to exercise.

All UHealth Fitness and Wellness trainers are certified through NCCA Accredited Certification Programs such as ACSM, ACE, NSCA, and NASM.

In-Person Personal Training Investment

Virtual Personal Training Information

You will need a Zoom account set up ahead of time. Once set up, your personal trainer will email you the Zoom link that you will use to access each training session. Further discussion of what equipment and information is needed will be discussed between you and your trainer. The trainer will be able to see and speak with you through the speaker and video option on Zoom.

What’s Included:

Free Consultation – Not sure if training is for you? We will help you determine your best course of action at this time.
30 Minute Client Setup Session + Basic Assessment – We will help you set up an optimal space for training and conduct a simple assessment and movement screening to determine your baseline fitness level.
Sessions Purchased – Sessions will expire after 60 days (4 session package) or 90 days (8 session package).

Step 1. Help us learn more about you

Please complete a brief form so we can better understand your health goals and current fitness level.

Step 2. Meet with us

We’ll set up a free consultation by phone or Zoom so you can meet your personal trainer before working with them. We will also ask you to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to determine your ideal exercise plan.

Step 3: Make a commitment

After a successful consultation, visit our member portal and look under Personal Training to purchase single sessions or packages. Pricing is below.

In order to attend sessions, you must have a Zoom account (free to download) and an account in our member portal. NOTE: We advise you use CHROME (web browser), other internet browsers are not compatible.

If you have never accessed the member portal before, instructions can be found here.

If you have an account, log in with your Cane ID (UM employees and students) or your local username and password (non-UM members). If you have forgotten your username and password, please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Once logged in, you can purchase sessions under Personal Training.

Virtual Training Investment

Members can purchase 30-minute Energy sessions or 50-minute Power sessions.

Looking for diet and fitness advice that will get you to your goals sooner?
